WebJan 13, 2014 · I bought 4 Canon FD mount lenses (2 breech-lock, 2 new style) that came with an old Canon AE-1 slr. I bought a fd-nex adapter so that I can use it with my nex 6. All lenses fit on the AE-1, but only two fit the adapter. The other two I cant get to fit on to the adapter. ok, it's true, I'm still lost in Canon FD-land. And though I have a few Canon zooms that cover the 70-200 range (70-210 FD, 75-200 FD, 80-200 FD not the L) I find myself gravitating back to prime lens. I have been hungering for this rather clean breech mount 100mm example, complete with a BT-55 hood.
