WebI was having PDFs load in sideways, so opened the PDF in Acrobat Reader, right clicked to rotate it to the appropriate orientation, then used the Print > Print to OneNote for W10. I hope this can help someone else. Works on OneNote 2016 as well, did the same thing a while back. I rotated the page on print settings though, but it's the same thing.
