Web24 Mar 2014 · Anybody done this or do ya usually just paint em, got my slicky in a thousand bits and want to freshen up the rocker covers, I'd rather powder coat but there's wee plastic bits on the inside of em which I'm guessing won't agree with the oven!! They cannot be powdercoated but they can be color coated (Paint) and heat treated. Powdercoating will deteriorate and flake off because of high engine temps.
